Participate
Angel Horses’ mission is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment that enhances the lives of special needs children, youth and adults through spending time with our animals and volunteers. Opportunities offered include basic horsemanship skills, riding (based on participant’s ability) and simply spending time with our animals such as holding a cat, petting a dog, brushing and/or riding a horse. Through a variety of activities, Angel Horses provides an atmosphere and experience that fosters and promotes trust, love, responsibility, builds self worth and self esteem while having FUN!!
Sessions are private, whether an individual or a group by appointment only. Therapeutic services are offered at no charge. Fees, when charged, are based on the occasion, the needs and number of people participating (such as family reunions/gatherings and birthday parties).
